this is a new idea for me, and  i hope it will spread  world-wide.  most of the time, the executive chefs are the stars in their kitchens...this event is about the sous chef and his food, his ideas, his creativities. Nicolas Medkour, (Marc Veyrat and now Alexandre Gauthier ) is someone to watch out for...another star is born...i hope to see him  continue to rise to the top. bravo to the chef and his team...
